Haute Glue by Toniq Vivant provides unique, hand-crafted accessories that can add fun and flair to any outfit or costume! Inspired by art nouveau, burlesque, Native American style, Steampunk looks and tribal belly dance. Lia, Elika, and Natalie started making fascinators and full head dresses for their own performances, then decided to share the wealth. They now create different looks from extravagant dance/performance head dresses to simple yet stunning pieces for everyday wear. Each one is lovingly made with mostly donated and recycled materials such as feathers, shells from their travels, foreign coins, leather scraps, and broken jewelry.
Personally handcrafted & designed on our Mendocino Coast by Angeline. Forester by day, jeweler by night, all creations are inspired by the natural world. Feathers are cruelty free and used from family farms. All earrings come with closed lever back sterling silver or gold hooks making it impossible for your feathers to fly away. They can be curled or straightened with your everyday hair irons on a low setting. Bullet shells are reused materials from the local shooting range, each sanitized and polished to make them shiny, radiant and ready to become a component in jewelry making!
Genuine leather & sterling silver hooks.
“I live locally in Mendocino. I am a stay a home mother and I am crafty when I have the time. For as long as I can remember I have been cutting, sewing, and obsessively tying knots in loose string. I wanted to have an original style so I began remixing and restyling my own belongings. I want all of my products to be unique and just a little different even if it stems from the same idea. I handcraft things such as jewelry, baby shoes, clothing, belts, purses and children’s toys. I crochet hats and scarves. I also grow and blend organic herbs in making custom beauty products. I try to have a handmade feel to my work that is sometimes lost with our modern ways of manufacturing and cultural ideas of what is perfection. I have different styles and variations to my products and also will do custom orders. I go by Shasta handcrafts, a name that simply identifies myself and what I do”
